Refund Policy

At Value1, we are committed to offering a seamless and trustworthy experience in digital gold purchases and co-ownership programs. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled in various situations, including payment errors, product unavailability, and service-related concerns.
1. Non-Availability of Articles
In the rare event that a purchased article (digital gold, physical gold coins/jewellery) is unavailable due to inventory or operational constraints:- The corresponding value will be credited to the registered user’s Business Deposits Balance with Value1.
- This balance can be used for future transactions or purchases on the platform.
- No cash refunds will be made unless specifically requested and approved by Value1.
2. Payment Failures or Duplicate Transactions
If your account is charged but the transaction fails or is not reflected in your Value1 wallet:- The amount will be automatically reversed to the original payment source (e.g., bank account, UPI, card) within 5–7 business days.
- If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
3. SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) Cancellations
- SIPs can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled payment date.
- No refund will be issued for SIP installments already processed and converted into digital gold.
- Upon SIP cancellation, no penalty or charge will be applied.
4. Delivery-Related Refunds
For orders involving physical delivery of gold/jewellery:- If the product is damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, Value1 will offer a full replacement or refund, subject to verification.
- In case of non-delivery due to customer address issues, the refund (after deduction of applicable shipping charges) will be credited to the Business Deposits Balance.
5. Co-Ownership & Value Coins
- Value coins earned through loyalty cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
- Value coins are redeemable only as per the terms of the co-ownership agreement.
- In case of any system error resulting in incorrect coin credit, adjustments will be made accordingly.
6. Refund Timeline & Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds to the original payment method may take additional time depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Refund status will be communicated via registered email or SMS.
7. Policy Updates
Value1 reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.Note: All refunds are subject to internal validation, and Value1 reserves the right to reject refund requests if any misuse or breach of terms is detected.
